This is an excellent opportunity for a senior clinician looking to step into leadership while remaining hands-on with patients.


The Role

This is a clinical leadership position rather than a management role.

You’ll focus on clinical standards, complex case management, and mentoring the team, working closely with the Practice Manager who oversees the operational and business side of the clinic.

Together, you’ll form a strong clinical–business partnership: you ensure quality of care and clinical direction, while the Practice Manager drives growth and operations.


Key responsibilities include:

• Managing complex MSK and persistent pain cases
• Supporting clinical standards and best practice
• Mentoring and developing physiotherapists
• Contributing to a cooperative team-based clinical culture

About You

• Experienced MSK / sports physiotherapist (5-10 years)
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• Interest in mentoring and clinical leadership
